Buffalo Wings Career
I started playing with the wings a couple
years ago, playing in junior platinum and pro divisions making our name
in the roller hockey world.

Russ Folga's lightning, powerful strides are very
tough to match at any level. Russ takes good care of his body and is
known on the team as "Beach Body.� Russ is a full blooded-die hard
hockey player. When he is in top form, I would say he could play at any
level in the world!
