Fall 2026 is here! Before you hit the surface for Week 1, please make sure you’re ready to go. Please read everything below carefully!

⏰ ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game time for Week 1. All players need to check in and make sure their WNYRHL membership and payments are taken care of.

WEEK 1 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Before playing in Week 1, every player must have:

• We prefer everyone pays in full at week 1 but at minimum everyone will need a payment of $100 paid toward their team fee and EVERYONE must have WNYRHL membership! 

There will be NO exceptions to these requirements.

Cash payments are preferred, followed by venmo, as these payment methods allow us to offer our best pricing. We also accept credit and debit cards.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE and we highly recommend doing it BEFORE you arrive to the Epic Center!  The service inside the building is spotty and will likely cause a lengthy registration process!

FINAL BALANCES ARE DUE BEFORE WEEK 3
Any player or team that is not PAID IN FULL prior to Week 3 will be required to forfeit until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

❗ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS
No substitute players will be permitted until the team is paid in full.

MATCHING JERSEYS ARE REQUIRED
ALL teams must have matching jerseys. If your team needs jerseys, we have some extra sets available at discounted prices.

REFEREE FEES – $35 CASH PER GAME
Ref fees are $35 cash and must be paid directly to the official or scorekeeper BEFORE your game begins. Some officials also accept Venmo.

Games will not begin until the officials have been paid.

MEMBER-ONLY HOCKEY EQUIPMENT PRICING
We have Revision, Konixx Hockey and Rinkster wheels available to WNYRHL members at unbeatable pricing throughout the season!

We also carry bearings, spacers and axles for anyone who needs them.

Paying with cash allows us to save you even more!

FORFEIT POLICY – $100 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
If your team forfeits a game, your team will be charged a $100 administrative fee.

Forfeits aren't good for anyone, so please be responsible and make sure you have enough players each week.

If you're short a player or two, you're welcome to use our Facebook page and group to help find substitutes.
